Group Rules

Wilderfae-ARPG is a 16+ group that welcomes people of all different artistic skill levels and walks of life! You’re welcome to participate in as much or as little of the gameplay as you like.
By joining, you agree to the terms below.

  • Age & Agreement

    You must be 16+ to join. Please review these rules before participating.

    Joining Wilderfae-ARPG means you agree to the following terms and conditions. If a member is found breaking a rule, a strike or ban may be enforced depending on the severity, with three strikes being the maximum.

  • Content Warnings

    The following mature themes may be apparent in Wilderfae-ARPG's overall story narrative. Please exercise discretion when choosing to take part. 

    Themes include: Death or Dying, Violence & Murder, Blood, Profanity, Animal Death, Fictional depictions of xenophobia and ableism, and Mentions or depictions of mental illness

Community Conduct

  • You must be 16 or older in order to join Wilderfae-ARPG. Minors should notify a parent or legal guardian when choosing to take part. 

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech and bigotry within our community. Members found displaying harmful behavior to our memberbase will result in a permanent ban.

  • Be respectful and courteous of moderators and members and avoid starting heated arguments or confrontations within the public channels. We do not tolerate callout posts or bullying. Please report issues privately to staff with our report system.

  • No sexually explicit content or extreme gore is allowed on the Discord or submitted to our Deviantart group and Toyhouse world. Be sure to follow the image-hosting site’s TOS when uploading your work.

  • We do not moderate the stories members choose to tell, which means they may explore further topics and themes that go beyond Wilderfae-ARPG’s content warning. If a member makes you uncomfortable, we encourage you to block them for your own safety and comfort. 

  • No badmouthing other species groups or communities within the server. Our public forums are not the place to complain or take down other members and groups.

Art & Submissions

  • We are an anti-AI community. No AI generated content is allowed to be submitted to the group. 

  • Tracing and art theft is not allowed. When using someone else’s work, permission and/or credit must be granted in order to do so. However, any artwork that is not made by yourself, in some part, cannot be redeemed for rewards. Drawing on bases is not allowed.

  • We do not allow content of other commercial media in Wilderfae-ARPG. We wish to keep content to the group Wilderfae related and not fanart of other media. 

Make Your Own Designs (MYO)

  • Per our rule on commercial media, we do not allow designs made to resemble or represent existing characters from media  (i.e. Pokemon, Naruto, My Little Pony). While taking inspiration is fine, we encourage you to create designs that are completely your own.

  • Creating Wilderfae characters that also has a design that exists in other species groups is allowed. However, selling the Wilderfae version of that character must also include all other species versions of that character as well.

Trading & Selling

  • Joint ownership of a Wilderfae MYO is not allowed.

  • You are not allowed to sell a Wilderfae design for more than you originally bought it for. The art attached to the character does not increase its value. 

  • Blank MYO slots must have a design submitted in order to be traded.

  • Transfer of ownership must be submitted through our ticket system on discord.

  • Vouchers for games, products, or gift cards are not permitted in exchange for in-game items and characters. 

  • Wilderfae earned in free raffles may not be sold, but can be traded after a 30-day cooldown.

  • When a character is traded to another person, it retains all traits that it had upon transfer. If the new owner wishes to change said design, please refer to our Design & Approvals guide for what can be changed.

Payment

  • We only accept payments through Paypal for auctions and flat raffles. For MYO purchases, please purchase through our Kofi Shop.

  • All sales are final and are made in good faith. In the event of a chargeback (reversing a payment via PayPal),  all group activities/sales/raffles will be frozen for the user. If the chargeback is reversed then the freeze will be lifted, but the user may be banned from all future sales and raffles. We will notify the user if this is the case.

  • Please make purchases responsibly and only spend within your means. If you have questions or concerns about your payment, please reach to a moderator.
