The Realmwood Forest has a nine vocations which fall under three factions.
Here you can explore each one and find out how they contribute to the community!

What is a Vocation?
Vocations are occupational roles you can give your Wilderfae character! Choose one and climb the ranks through their respective Promotion Quests to delve into the role and earn exclusive prizes.
● Red Faction
Meet the Rangers
Vocations under the Rangers serve the Circle by cultivating the environment outside of it. They venture out into the forest regularly to forage and farm, maintain peace and balance, and keep a pulse on the life cycles of the forest. This faction is perfect for a Wilderfae who prefers an active life outdoors
Defenders
These Fae are tasked with defending the forest from invaders, driving out pests or parasites, and preventing any kind of harmful behavior that could damage the ecosystem. They are often trained in combat and physical fitness to best pursue foes.
Forest gaurdiansForagers
Crop CultivatorsForagers oversee plant growth and share anything they find and harvest with the community. Skilled farmers and eagle-eyed scouts are crucial in this vocation in order to find natural resources that could be a source of food or helpful materials for the community.
Undertakers
cycle stewardsThe silent yet astute members of this vocation work in the shadows monitoring the life and death of the Realmwood Forest. They keep an eye on the life cycles of the forest, both in it's plants and animals. Sometime it will assist in these processes, allowing creatures a peaceful and meaningful death or a safe, successful birth.
● Blue Faction
Meet the Savants
Wilderfae under the Savants follow a path meant for creative and ambitious minds. They often like to express themselves through a craft or push the boundaries of their society. These vocations are perfect for a curious Wilderfae looking to expand the culture of their Circle with ingenuity.
Creatives
Practice the flow of magic through the art of creation! Art, writing, music, and dance are all valid forms of art that strengthen the magic of the Circle. Sporites and Wilderfae are rejuvenated by new works of art and performance, so these are vital members to the community.
Muse channelersResearchers
magic experimenterThis vocation works to further knowledge and test the limits of Wilder Magic. This role is very hands-on with using magic, often developing tools and theories about what possibilities are out there. Some experiments are successful, while others explode into dust.
Architects
civic designersComprised of planners and organizers for various community events, projects, and large-scale creations to benefit Wilderfae life. These Wilderfae tackle creativity with a focus on management to design public works projects, organize events, and getting involved in leadership.
● Green Faction
Meet the Keepers
Keepers work within Wilderfae culture both within the Fae Circle and the environment outside of it. They strengthen the connection Wilderfae have with each other and other lifeforms outside of their race. This vocation is perfect for sociable Wilderfae with a caring personality and a love for travel!
Caretakers
This vocation encompasses healers, medics, childcare workers, or any kind of aide for others. These members mainly focus on looking after the welfare of Wilderfae, but this can branch out to animal healthcare as well. They can either operate from one location, or travel to others.
Healers & aidsHistorians
lore keepersKnowledgeable Wilderfae who conduct research to discover and record relics of the past. This may include Wilderfae history as well as the world beyond their own kind. Members of this vocation also consists of teachers for the youth of Wilderfae society.
Merchants
Traders unionThese Wilderfae often work alone, but they are all under this vocation as a guild to provide trade and commerce throughout the forest. They offer goods and services in order to sustain a healthy flow of the economy’s Shards. It’s not about getting richer, but circulating the wealth within!

Promotion & Ranks
You must have a Wilderfae officially submitted to our masterlist in order to rank up in the vocation of your choosing.
Rank 1 → Rank 2 → Rank 3 → Rank 4 →
Rank 5 → Rank 6 → Rank 7 → Rank 8
All Vocations go from rank 1 to 8 and Promotion Quests must be followed in order. Follow the prompts and instructions on the vocation’s promotion quest and be sure to familiarize yourself with our submission guidelines.
