A species that lives in flocks of 10-20 with several families making up one unit. While they don’t mate for life, they often stick around partners if they’re able to work together. There is no sexual dimorphism between the sexes though, so it can be hard to tell if your Starglider is male or female at a glance. Their colorful tail tips utilize magic to emit a luminescent glow on command. This is often used to alert fellow Stargliders or intimidate enemies.
As mounts, they have a gentle and reserved disposition. It takes some time to work for their trust but once accomplished, the Starglider will be strongly bonded to its tamer. Wilderfae are able to travel much farther and higher in the air on these mounts than flying with their own wings.
